We have been in the property management business since 2003.

We currently offer one and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as single family homes.

These pages reflect some of the properties we manage and might not reflect what we currently have available.  Please contact us for current availability.

Applicants must be at least 19  years of age with good work history.  Each adult must fill out an application and pay a non refundable application fee. (Married couples fill out one application and pay one fee.  Sorry, that is how we are billed to run background and credit checks.)

Pets:  We prefer no pets, however we understand that they are like part of the family.  Pets must be in a pet friendly unit, are limited to one small cat or dog (under 35 pounds) and must be at least one year old, spay/neutered and have current shots.  Pet fee and rent does apply.

Mission Statement:

To continually provide clean, safe, quality, reasonably priced housing by making each unit we manage a place we would like to live ourselves.  We strive to meet the housing needs of our tenants by treating them fairly, making necessary repairs in a timely manner, and maintaining the grounds in a neat organized fashion.
